Tarangire National Park is known for its diverse wildlife population. The park is also home to over 550 bird species, making it a great destination for birdwatchers. Other animals that can be spotted in Tarangire National Park include hyenas, warthogs, baboons, and vervet monkeys.
The best time to visit Tarangire National Park is during the dry season, which runs from June to October. During this time, wildlife is concentrated around water sources, making it easier to spot them. Additionally, the weather is pleasant, with cooler temperatures and lower humidity. However, it's important to note that this is also the peak tourist season, so the park may be crowded. The wet season, from November to May, can also be a good time to visit, as the landscape is lush and green and birdwatching is excellent.
