Adventurer who can toggle between luxury and backpack. Have travelled to and lived in many countries. Married to a South African fellow traveller. At 40, we quit our jobs, rented our house, pulled the kids from school and travelled around the world. 13 countries, including three months in Africa. Now living in Vancouver and dreaming about our next big trip.
My safari travel style:
Middle of the road—I tend to stay in the main camps and lodges. It suits my budget and my preference for creature comforts, such as electricity and hot water.
