Maroo Mobile Safaris and Tours is a Motswana owned company that provides quality adventure safaris within all corners of Botswana and its neighboring countries. The conception and birth of Maroo Mobile Safaris came about due to the owner’s extreme passion for the outdoors and an insatiable appetite for adventure. This has naturally led to the owner doing the tours himself and getting involved in the everyday running of the company, thereby giving clients a well-rounded outdoor experience.

We went on a ten day trip to explore Namibia:started off from Windhoek and visited Etosha, a cheetah farm and Himbas, Swakopmund, the Namib Desert and the Skeleton Coast.
Our driver and guide, Frank, was more than reliable and went out of his way to take us anywhere we wanted to go(see some Welwitchias in the evening after an especially tiring day;-). By the end of the trip we became friends and he told us a lot about his experiences in Southern Africa. If I ever return to either South Africa, Botswana or Zimbabwe, I will definitely hire Maroo Mobile Safaris to take me around!
Almost forgot: the trip was affordable!!
