Primate trekking

Africa is home to many primates that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Mountain gorillas are only found in DR Congo, Rwanda and Uganda. Trekking gorillas is a magical experience and can involve hiking steep inclines in slippery conditions. Lemurs are indigenous to Madagascar. An estimated 100+ species are said to exist. Chimpanzees, mandrills and many species of monkeys can also be seen several African parks and reserves.
