Day 1: Arrival in Moshi

The tour begins with your arrival in Moshi, a vibrant town located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will be greeted by our experienced guides who will brief you on the upcoming trek and ensure all necessary arrangements are in order. Take this day to relax, acclimate to the altitude, and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Machame Camp

On the second day, we start our trek from Machame Gate, the entrance to Mount Kilimanjaro National Park. The trail winds through dense rainforests, offering glimpses of exotic wildlife and flora. After approximately 5-7 hours of hiking, we reach Machame Camp, where we spend the night.

Day 3: Shira Camp

Leaving Machame Camp, we ascend further through the rainforest, gradually transitioning into moorlands. The scenery changes dramatically as we hike across expansive plateaus and catch breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Our camp for the night is at Shira Camp, situated on a rocky ridge.

Day 4: Barranco Camp

Continuing our ascent, we trek towards Lava Tower, a striking volcanic formation. This segment of the journey provides a great opportunity for acclimatization. Descending from Lava Tower, we reach Barranco Camp, nestled in a picturesque valley. This camp offers remarkable views of the rugged terrain and the imposing Barranco Wall.

Day 5: Karanga Camp

The day begins with a challenging climb up the Barranco Wall, known for its steep sections and thrilling scrambling. Once conquered, the trail eases, leading us to Karanga Camp. Here, we rest and prepare for the final push towards the summit.

Day 6: Barafu Camp

As we approach the summit, the landscape becomes sparse and surreal. The trail takes us to Barafu Camp, our last stop before the summit attempt. At this high-altitude camp, we rest, hydrate, and mentally prepare for the ultimate challenge that lies ahead.

Day 7: Mweka Camp

The most exhilarating and demanding day of the tour is here. We begin our ascent to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, under the starlit sky. Witnessing the sunrise from the summit is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will etch itself into your memory forever. After celebrating our achievement, we descend to Mweka Camp for a well-deserved rest.

Day 8: Mweka Camp to Moshi
