Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
Kilimanjaro
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport in Tanzania. Meet your trekking company representative, who will transfer you to your hotel in Moshi to rest and relax, and attend a pre-trek briefing where you will meet your guide and fellow trekkers. Check your gear and make any necessary preparations.

Day 2: Umbwe Gate- Umbwe Cave Camp

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be driven from Moshi to the Umbwe Gate (1,800 meters). After completing the necessary registration process and meeting the rest of the trekking team, you will start your trek through the dense rainforest, ascending steeply on a narrow trail. Enjoy the lush vegetation and exotic bird life along the way. Reach Umbwe Cave Camp (2,940 meters), where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 3: Umbwe Cave Camp to Barranco

Begin your day with breakfast at Umbwe Cave Camp to start the trek towards Barranco Camp (3,960 meters) through moorland and heath vegetation zones. Encounter some steep sections and rocky terrain, requiring concentration and agility, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Arrive at Barranco Camp, where you will have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 4: Barranco Camp- Karanga Camp

After breakfast, you will embark on a challenging trek from Barranco Camp to ascend the Barranco Wall, a thrilling and steep section that requires some scrambling. Continue trekking through alpine desert terrain with panoramic views of the mountain. Arrive at Karanga Camp (4,035 meters) for dinner and an overnight.

Day 5: Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp

Have breakfast at Karanga Camp before starting the day's trek to ascend steadily to Barafu Camp (4,640 meters) through barren landscapes and volcanic rock formations. Take your time to rest and acclimatize at Barafu Camp to prepare your equipment and mentally prepare for the summit push. Enjoy an early dinner and get some sleep before the summit day.

Day 6: Barafu- Uhuru Peak- Mweka

Wake up in the middle of the night (around midnight) to begin the summit attempt and start the challenging ascent towards Stella Point (5,745 meters), where you will witness a stunning sunrise. Continue to Uhuru Peak (5,895 meters), the highest point in Africa, and savor the incredible accomplishment. Then celebrate before beginning the descent back to Barafu Camp for a short rest and refreshment before continuing the descent to Mweka Camp (3,100 meters) for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Mweka Camp to Mweka- Moshi

Enjoy your final breakfast on the mountain at Mweka Camp and descend through the lush rainforest, taking in the sights and sounds of the vibrant ecosystem. Arrive at Mweka Gate, where you will receive your summit certificates and bid farewell to your guide and porters. Meet your transfer vehicle and return to your hotel in Moshi to celebrate your successful summit and enjoy some well-deserved rest and relaxation.
