About the Mara River Crossing (July to October)
Wildebeest migration occur mostly from July to October. During this period of the year, the herd continues its movement north towards the Maasai Mara National Park in Kenya. It is amazing site of wildebeest cross when move to Northern part of Serengeti. The site possess different obstacles such predators include lion, hyena and crocodiles, The Mara River also it have another deadly barrier for the herd, who must again brave swollen waters and the opportunistic predators if they are to find relative safety on the far side, the surrounding landscapes are every bit as memorable as the life and death struggle taking place at the Kogatende crossing.

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Early in the morning after breakfast you will be taken from the best hotel in Arusha to Arusha Airport for flight to Kogatende area which is located in northern part of Serengeti , here you will enjoy much beautify and amazing bird with cute color. You will spend the whole day while searching wildebeest migration and Big five in Serengeti National Park. In the afternoon, you have the option to extend your game drive until sunset then after the driver drives you back to the Lodge or Camp.

Early in the morning after breakfast, we'll start our game drive around the Kogatende area, searching around the kopjes looking for carnivores and the large migration groups that will be gearing up to cross the Mara River into Kenya. Home to large numbers of hippos and Nile crocodiles, the Mara River is the last major obstacle standing between the Wildebeest Migration and the relative safety of the Maasai Mara. Early in the morning after breakfast, we will take you from the hotel or Lodge to start our safari in Serengeti Plain through the plains of Togoro and the Mbuzi Mawe kopjes on our way via the Banagi River into the Seronera region of the Central Serengeti. Along the way you will enjoy much through viewing different wild animals such dik dik, and different elephants. You will spot high number of the Big five.
