Itinerary
Day1
It's the day of the arrival of your aircraft at the Kigali International Airport. You'll have a meet and greet assistance from Akagera Aviation. (A negative Covid 19 test result must be provided taken at least 72 hours before travel and another test will also be taken while on the ground.) You'll then transfer to your hotel in the city. On arrival, you'll be assisted to check in. Dinner will follow in your room.

Day 2
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and spend the morning at leisure, You will be tested for covid 19. Afterwards, you'll have your overnight stay as you wait for your results. Our driver guide will pick you up and you will proceed on a guided city tour that will include the Kigali Genocide Memorial, you will visit a local market and if time permits the Inema Arts Gallery. Afterwards, return to your hotel for the evening. Have dinner and your overnight stay

Day 3
Volcanoes
Have breakfast at the hotel and check out. Set off for Musanze & Volcanoes National Park region. The drive is scenic with beautiful landscapes. You will have a brief stop en route. On arrival, you will visit the Dian Fossey Foundation which is based in the town of Ruhengeri to learn about the lady who started the conservation work of Gorillas and how her legacy continues.

Day 4

Early breakfast at the lodge then proceed to the park headquarters in time for your gorilla trek briefing, You will be transferred to the trailhead where others join and start guided walk Volcanoes Park is great volcanic massif called the Virunga Mountains that straddles the borders of Rwanda, Uganda and DRC. After this exciting experience, return to your hotel in time for lunch. The afternoon will be spent at leisure to rest or if it is possible, visit the twin lakes of Ruhondo and Burera.

You'll have breakfast at the lodge and proceed for cultural experience at Gorilla Guardians Village as learn more about Rwanda people and dances. After embark to Kigali. On arrival at the Kigali International Airport, bid farewell to your driver guide and proceed to check in for your outbound aircraft. End of our services. Wishing you an excellent safari.
