This tour will take you through four places in the south of Rift Valley. The first destination will be at Amboseli, Herds of Elephants are present and a clear view of Mt Kilimanjaro, then to Sweet waters where Chimpanzees are, then Samburu to see more wildlife within, the different types of birds are to be watched at Lake Nakuru, and finally, the haven where the big five are in plenty at Masai Mara National Park.

Journey to Amboseli National Park
Amboseli
After breakfast, you'll depart from Nairobi for Amboseli National Park. Most famous for its stunning views of Africa's highest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro, the park offers photographers the rare opportunity to snap photos of elephants, lions, zebras, and giraffes against the startling backdrop of Africa's most famous mountain. You'll have lunch at your lodge upon arrival before heading out into the park for an afternoon game drive till around 1830hrs. Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge.

Kilimanjaro never looks quite as beautiful as she does first thing in the morning, and you'll see predators such as lions, and cheetahs out on the prowl in the cooler morning air. With the animals largely inactive during the warm midday hours, you can get some rest before catching them out and about in the cooling afternoon air. Alternatively, take breakfast and we head to the park for a full day game drive. Having carried our packed picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge.

Transfer to Sweet Waters
After an early breakfast drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. You will proceed north through central Kenya to the foot hills of Aberdare and magnificent snowcapped peaks of Mount Kenya. You will arrive at time for lunch. A Visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, provides a home to orphaned chimps. A visit to the specially-protected blind black rhino and the last two remaining Northern White Rhino in the world. We leave the conservancy before dark for dinner and overnight stay at the camp/lodge.

Samburu as its famous for its unique landscape and the presence of familiar faces such as leopards, lions, antelopes, and giraffes - the park is famous for its unique "Special Five", a collection of animals found nowhere else in Kenya. These include the Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, Grevy's Zebra, the long-necked gerenuk, and the Oryx. You'll enjoy an afternoon game drive through this unique park. Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge.

After breakfast you will head to Lake Nakuru National Park in the Great Rift Valley. Famous for its flamingos, and the presence of both the black and white rhinoceros. You'll enjoy a hot lunch at your lodge before taking an afternoon game drive along the shores of the lake to spot lions, leopards, eland, waterbucks, and more. Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge.

After breakfast depart to Masai Mara. It plays host to a chapter of the famous Wildebeest Migration each year as 1.7 million wildebeest and more than 500,000 zebras and antelopes cross the swollen Mara River in hopes of finding safety on the Masai Mara's sweeping plains. After lunch at your camp, you'll head out for an afternoon and sunset game drive in search of big cats, elephants, giraffes, and more. Later we will head back to camp/lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After a quick cup of coffee, and carrying your packed lunch, you'll head out into the park to watch as the sun sets fire to the savannah and the big cats take advantage of the morning cool to search for a meal. You will spend a day-long exploration of the Masai Mara. You may also opt to have a morning game drive then head back to the lodge to enjoy lunch on-site, then head out again in the afternoon once the weather has cooled off a bit. Dinner and overnight stay at camp/lodge.
