Itinerary

Day 1: Nale Moru Gate to Simba Camp

Kilimanjaro

We will depart from Moshi in the morning and drive for about 4-5 hours to Nale Moru Gate, where we will get our permits and meet our crew. We will start our climb through the lush rainforest to Simba Camp, located at 2,625m above sea level. The hike will take us about 4-5 hours, and we will get to enjoy the stunning views of the plains in Kenya.

Day 2: Simba Camp-Second Cave Camp

Kilimanjaro

After breakfast, we will continue our climb through the moorland and heather zones to Second Cave Camp, located at 3,450m above sea level. The hike will take us about 3-4 hours, and we will get to enjoy the views of the Kibo and Mawenzi peaks.

Day 3: Kikelewa Camp

Kilimanjaro

We will continue our climb through the moorland and alpine desert zones to Kikelewa Camp, located at 3,600m above sea level. The hike will take us about 6-7 hours, and we will get to enjoy the views of the saddle between Kibo and Mawenzi peaks

Day 4: Mawenzi Tarn Camp

We will continue our climb through the alpine desert zone to Mawenzi Tarn Camp, located at 4,330m above sea level. The hike will take us about 3-4 hours, and we will get to enjoy the views of the Mawenzi and Kibo peaks.

Day 5: Kibo Hut

Kilimanjaro

We will start our ascent to Kibo Hut, located at 4,750m above sea level. The hike will take us about 4-5 hours, and we will get to enjoy the views of the saddle between Mawenzi and Kibo peaks.

Day 6:Horombo Hut

Kilimanjaro

We will start our ascent to Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, located at 5,895m above sea level. The climb will take us about 6-8 hours, and we will get to enjoy the breathtaking views from the summit. After taking some time to rest and take in the views, we will start our descent to Horombo Hut, located at 3,720m above sea level. The descent will take us about 6-7 hours.

Day 7: Marangu Gate

Kilimanjaro

We will start our final descent to Marangu Gate, where we will receive our certificates and celebrate our achievement. The descent will take us about 5-6 hours, and we will get to enjoy the stunning scenery along the way
