On the first day of our 2-day Tanzania safari, we will leave early for Tarangire. Tarangire National Park is notable for the wide variety of bird species it contains and its large elephant population. Cheetahs, mongooses, buffaloes, lions, giraffes, ostriches, impalas, warthogs, and cheeky baboons are frequently seen. After seeing the wildlife in Tarangire, we'll continue to the Ngorongoro Crater, which is near Lake Manyara, where we'll have dinner and spend the night.
