Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1 - SOUTH LUANGWA / THORNICROFT LODGE – Depart Lilongwe at 0900 ETA at the Lodge is mid afternoon. Accommodation in en-suite chalets.Dinner at the lodge.

Day 2

Day 2, 3- SOUTH LUANGWA / THORNICROFT LODGE – Morning& Afternoon game drives in specially modified safari vehicles.

Day 4

Day 4 – LILONGWE / KUMBALI LODGE. Return to Lilongwe and check into the luxurious Kumbali lodge – overnight Dinner, bed and breakfast.

Day 5

Lake Malawi

Day 5 – CAPE MACLEAR / DANFORTH LODGE. From Lilongwe, it’s a 4 hr road transfer to Lake Malawi – Cape Maclear. Arrival before lunch and the remainder of the afternoon is spent enjoying the host of watersport activities on offer.Overnight Danforth Lodge on full board inclusive watersport activities.

Day 6

Day 6.- CAPE MACLEAR / DANFORTH LODGE. The day is yours to spend as you like. Water sports, boat trips to nearby islands, walk into the surrounding village, cycle / hike into the surrounding hills, or there is the optional extra of scuba diving. Overnight Danforth Lodge on full board inclusive water sport activities -

Day 7

Day 7.- ROAD TRANSFER TO LILONGWE. After breakfast we transfer you by road back to Lilongwe (+- 4 hours) – Drop off at the airport or in Lilongwe for their onward journey.
