The ride takes place on the Wildlife Estate and whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced rider, there is an opportunity and experience for everyone.
Those with little riding experience can enjoy a gentle hack along dusty tracks where wildebeest and antelopes graze contentedly. Led by experienced guides, one can explore the meandering paths, spotting a rich array of wildlife like zebras, wildebeests, eland and other gazelles and antelopes along your way. Regularly seen on the horse ride is one of the most elegant and rarest mammals found in Tanzania, We offer morning and afternoon rides, 2-hour ride (depending on pace). The morning rides departs at 0800AM and the afternoon rides departs at 1630PM. We are flexible with time however these are the best hours of the day to be out in the bush on horseback.

Some people like to combine the morning ride with a lunch /brunch at the horse polo club or golf club afterwards, which is only a three-minute drive from our stables and part of the same wildlife estate. For the afternoon ride one can enjoy a cold sundowner at the club followed by dinner, and if you time the day, there are horse polo being played every Wednesday at 1630PM, Saturday at 1630PM and on Sundays at 1030AM. Apart from the restaurant and the bar at the polo club there is also a lovely swimming pool to be enjoyed. ➢ The ride will be set to the pace of the least experienced rider within the group booked, please do make sure everyone is aware of this we will take around through outside the beautiful Arusha national park to witness everything about the park surroundings especially different kind of animals such as giraffe, zebras due to the absence of park fence and that would be a marvelous opportunity. If there are experienced riders as well as beginners, we recommend to book different rides
➢ Everyone will be asked to sign an indemnity form upon arrival before mounting the horse.

➢ GREAT IMAGE EXPEDITION will provide everyone with helmets, no helmet no riding.

➢ During the ride, it is important that there is a vehicle nearby.

➢ Make sure one wears long trousers, closed shoes (ideally with a small heel) and bush colored clothing (khaki).
