This is a 2 nights/3days Safari that takes you to Murchison falls national park in Uganda.The park is the largest national park in Uganda and the Murchison Falls sits as the jewel in the crown of the protected area. The falls was named after a president of the Royal Geographical Society and is the main attraction.
Murchison Falls is a fantastic spectacle with water violently crashing through the narrow, rocky gorge. The falls ejects water from the Victoria Nile River through a 6 meter wide chute, which cascades down 30 meters to the Nile River. Because of the spray of water, you can see a constant rainbow over the falls adding to the spectacle of this must-visit Ugandan attraction.
The Safari offers big 5 game viewing of mammals like Lions, Elephant, leopard,buffaloes and Rhinos at Ziwa rhino sanctuary, The Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary protects Uganda’s only wild rhinos and is located just north of Kampala near the famous Murchison Falls, the sanctuary protects rhinos while they breed and grow.numerous antelope species like Jackson heart beast, impala,Uganda kobs beast and many more bird species along rolling savannah plains of Buligi sector.

Transfer to Murchison falls
After an early morning breakfast at the hotel connect with the driver and guide, embark on a 305km (4-5hours)) drive to northwest of Uganda to Murchison falls national park with a with a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary, the proud home to Uganda’s only wild white rhino totaling to 33 in number, embark on 2 hours on foot rhino trekking in a company of an experienced ranger guide. Retreat from the activity and have lunch at Ziwa, proceed to Murchison falls national park

After an early morning breakfast at 6:30 am, we shall embark for scenic buligi game drive taking about 3-4 hours through the savannah plains in the northern sector of the park where we shall sight African bush elephant, cape buffaloes, Rothschild giraffe, , Jackson heart beast as well as cats like lions Disembark the cruise and hike to the top of the falls where you will have clear views of the “devils cauldron” where the Nile water violently crashes through the narrow, rocky gorge.
