Queen Elizabeth national park, named after queen of England in 1954 is one of the most popular parks in the Uganda located in the western part of Uganda lying between Lake George and Edward with kazinga channel crossing through its 700sq mile land area endowed with great diversity of habitats that include lakes, savannah grassland, forest and wetlands that serve as a home to 618 bird species, 95 mammals including big game, 10 primate species.
The 7 days game viewing and gorilla experience features gorilla tracking in a company of an experience ranger guide in search for the forest giants and other primates along the forest trail like l’hoest monkeys, red tailed monkeys, and black and white tailed monkeys, blue monkeys, baboons. The 7 days game viewing and gorilla experience features 2-3 hours boat/launch cruise along 40km kazinga channel for sighting of aquatic mammals like crocodiles, huge concentration of hippos on earth, water birds like yellow billed stork, African jacana, and African shoe bill, black beef eater and African skimmer. Elephants, buffaloes and antelopes usually visit the kazinga shore line in search for water
