You will be picked by our professional tour guide/driver from your Hotel in Kampala or Entebbe after you embark on your journey to the famous Bwindi impenetrable National park a journey that crosses the equator line. This park is mostly famous for the rare mountain gorillas and the drive to the park is incredibly scenic, passing through various local villages and the lush green countryside & hills which characterize so much of south western Uganda, arrive check in for dinner and overnight.

Bwindi Impenetrable

After a briefing from your ranger guide at the UWA offices you will begin tracking the mountain gorillas through the ancient Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. This can takes 2 to 4 hours or a whole day depending on the location of the apes. It is a humbling experience to stand just meters from man’s distant cousins as they eat rest, play and bond with their young. Follow the mountain gorillas as they range freely in the impenetrable forest and discover their gorgeous natural habitat .

After breakfast, drive back to Kampala including the stopover for en-route lunch and the equator if you happen to have missed it on your first day of your trip.
