Itinerary

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

You'll be picked up at 6:30 am from your hotel in Arusha and proceed towards Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we will descend into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti National Park with its endless plains. We'll head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area. We will arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Park.

Serengeti National Park

Today you will have a full-day game drive in Serengeti with chances to see predators chasing their prey and enjoying their kill. Serengeti is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequaled for its natural beauty and scientific value. You will have a game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti with a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade.

Serengeti Park to Ngorongoro

You will enjoy your early breakfast and meet your guide to have a last morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. Later, you'll depart to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with an en-route game drive and picnic lunch. Ngorongoro is a special conservation area and not a national park. The whole area is managed for both animals and the local Maasai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After breakfast, you'll descend into the crater and enjoy 5 hours of game drives. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania's last remaining black rhino. Late in the afternoon, we'll drive back to Arusha
