Itinerary
Day 1
Lake Nakuru
Depart Nairobi for Lake Nakuru (3 hours) where you can see over 400 different species of bird, white rhino and the rare Rothschild giraffe. There are many other plains mammals here, 56 species have been identified in the park including zebra, buffalo, waterbuck, and lions! After lunch you'll head out on a game drive around the lake.

Day 2
Lake Nakuru
Spend the next day exploring the park, with all meals at the lodge, which is situated at the top of a ridge and has stunning views over the park and lake. There is a restaurant, separate bar and lounge, pool, and small shop and all the rooms are very spacious park with all meals at the lodge

Day 3
Spend the day at Lake Naivasha and the Sopa Resort. The lodge is located close to the lake shore and has beautiful gardens and there is often wildlife wandering around. After lunch you’ll head out on a boat safari across the lake where you may see hippos and many species of birds including fish eagles and pelicans, then towards the end of your boat safari you will stop off at Crescent Island for a guided bush walk.

Day 4
Masai Mara
After an early breakfast, you’ll leave Naivasha for the open grassland of the Maasai Mara (5 hours). Rich in biodiversity and home to a large variety of bird species and wildlife, this savannah reserve offers great game viewing and bird watching opportunities.The Maasai Mara is regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife reserves and is home to the annual wildebeest migration, which involves over 1.5 million animals! After lunch head out onto the Savannah plains for a guided game drive.

Day 5
Masai Mara
Spend the day on a full day game drive, exploring the reserve where there have been 95 species of mammals, amphibians, and reptiles, and over 400 bird species recorded on the reserve. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, and the visitor will rarely miss seeing the Big Five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino).

Spend the day on morning and afternoon game drives with all meals at Camp.

Masai Mara
After an early morning game drive, you'll head back to camp for a relaxed breakfast, then mid-morning you will head back to Nairobi by road stopping for lunch on the way. On arrival in Nairobi, you’ll be dropped at your preferred location. (Alternatively stay for lunch at camp and fly back to Nairobi in the afternoon - optional extra at approx. $220 USD per person).
