Leave Nairobi at 0700hrs driving through the central highlands and into the northern plains with stunning views across the slopes of the Mt. Kenya arriving in Samburu National Reserve on time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive that introduces you to this beautiful park, that is home to the famous Samburu Special Five; Baisy Oryx, Grevy's zebra, Gerenuk, Somali ostrich, and Reticulated giraffe.

Dawn breaks in golden bands as we start our day in the bush by scanning the surroundings from our lodge's veranda with a cup of steaming coffee in hand. Rise up early for your last game drive and return to the camp for breakfast. Leave Ol Pajeta Consevancy after breakfast and head to Lake Nakuru National Park with stopover at the Great Rift Valley View Point 1200hrs arriving on time for lunch and later proceed for an afternoon game you'll view the millions of pink flamingos that color this lake pink. Lake Nakuru is one of the Rhino sanctuaries in Kenya and therefore viewing rhinos in the wild is possible

The wildlife is abundant and the gentle rolling grassland ensures that animals are never out of sight. Birds too are prolific, including migrant birds and 53 bird of prey species. The wildlife is far from being confined within the reserve boundaries and an even larger area, generally referred to as the 'dispersal area', extends north and east of the game reserve.
