Day 1 Nairobi to Amboseli

You will be picked from your hotel and drive to Amboseli National Park arriving for lunch at the lodge/tented camp followed by afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at lodge/tented camp.

Day 2 Amboseli National Park

Amboseli

Full day game viewing in Amboseli park with picnic lunch at Observation hill. Amboseli is a relatively small yet fascinating park of lush water holes and swamps contrasting against flat open plains and acacia woods. Elephant and plains game abound as well as the big cats such as Lion, Leopard and Cheetah. With luck, the snow-capped peak of Mt Kilimanjaro will be visible, creating a spectacular backdrop to the peacefully grazing animals.

Day 3 Tsavo West National Park

Tsavo

After breakfast drive to Tsavo West National Park crossing a dramatic lava flow at the Park boundary. Arrive in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive in this, Kenya’s largest Park, noted especially for its enormous elephant population. From Kilaguni, great expanses of open plains stretch in all directions with Mount Kilimanjaro, the Chyulu hills, the Taita hills and Ngulia Mountains on different horizons. Visit Mzima Springs where crystal clear water bubbles up from underground.
