Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha –Tarangire Park

Tarangire

leave Arusha after breakfast with a picnic lunch packed safely. The Rift Valley landscape drifts past as your guide heads for Tarangire National Park, the least visited reserve on the itinerary but one capable of delivering fantastic game viewing. Home to Tanzania’s biggest elephant population, Tarangire supports large numbers of buffalo, giraffe, zebra, and many antelope, most evident during the dry season when concentrations of animals at the life-giving Tarangire River are at their peak.

Day 2: Full day Manyara Park

Lake Manyara

Lake Manyara National Park is a naturalist’s delight thanks to its diverse environments. Ranging from the underground-water forest and acacia woodlands, grasslands, swamps, marshes, and hot springs, the park is simply packed with wildlife and large flocks of flamingos . The forests ring with the call of monkeys and birds and is home to the famous tree-climbing lions. The park is also home to the largest troops of baboons in Africa, zebra wildebeest, giraffe, hippos, leopard, and impala are here

Day 3: Manyara-Serengeti Park

Ngorongoro Crater | Serengeti

Have a relaxed breakfast at the lodge and depart to Serengeti with a nice packed picnic lunch to go with, Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed as one of the seven wonders of Africa, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some 1: 5 million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 300,000 zebras, join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing You will have an afternoon game drive before heading to the camp.

Day 4 Full-Day Serengeti Park

Serengeti

Even when the great migration is not around Serengeti will always deliver incredible sighting, with the whole day dedicated to game drive in Serengeti endless plains- home to big prides of lion who lord the the plains, leopards, elephants, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, eland, gazelles, and baboons and incredible landscape to watch them. In the late evening return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Serengeti-Ngorongoro Area

Ngorongoro Crater | Serengeti

Today we will leave the camp at around 7:00 AM and proceed on a walking safari in the heart of Serengeti. A walking adventure in the bush provides a new perspective on the African landscape and its many residents, after return to the campsite for breakfast and proceed to Ngorongoro with game viewing on the way, stop for your delightful lunch under the acacia trees and proceed to your campsite/lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Crater tour-Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater

Leave your campsite/lodge very early in the morning, and through the Ngorongoro Conservation before descending, 610 meters down to the grasslands of the crater floor, an area of about 265 square kilometers. Despite its small size, the Crater is Big 5 country and the openness of the terrain means easy and rewarding game viewing. You will spend the day exploring the crater floor, stopping for picnic on the grasslands amidst the grazing herds. After lunch you drive back to Arusha.
