Sossusvlei
Namib-Naukluft
You can look forward to a day full of impressions. An early departure takes you to the world’s tallest sand dunes at Sossusvlei. The first sunrays cast an ever-changing contrast of light and shadow onto the apricot coloured dunes. The dunes at Sossusvlei form part of the Namib Sand Sea which was recently declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. There will be ample time to explore this unique area on foot and even attempt to climb one of the dunes. Around mid morning you return to the camp.

Namib-Naukluft
Drive along the Namib to the Kuiseb Canyon, where the two German geologists Hermann Korn and Dr. Henno Martin took refuge during Word War II. The latter wrote the well-known book "Sheltering Desert“.
