The safari begins in Nairobi, East Africa's most dynamic and colorful city. If you arrive early enough, a number of sightseeing excursions are available, including to the famous National Museum, and to the attractions in the nearby suburb of Karen, including Karen Blixen's homestead and Giraffe Manor. Overnight at The Tamarine hotel the city's finest overlooking Nairobi national park. Transport in a 4x4 Jeep.

Nairobi - Amboseli

After breakfast, depart on a morning drive to diverse Amboseli National Park - home to prolific flora, fauna, and avifauna. Lunch, an afternoon game drive, dinner, and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge or similar on a full board basis. Amboseli National Park provides the classic Hollywood image of Africa. Set in rolling savanna scenery it is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro at 5896 meters, which is the highest free-standing mountain in the world.

Full day in Amboseli with game drives in the morning and afternoon to explore the park and have magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. View the large herds of elephants known to be residents of this evocative park. Amboseli is popular with breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro and reliably good elephant viewing. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulfur springs, the savanna, and woodlands.

After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha past Nairobi (320 km – 4 hrs 30 minutes) to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake located on the Great Rift Valley Floor. After lunch, You will then enjoy a scenic sunset boat cruise to see the hippos and walk on Crescent Island among wildlife, herbivores only. Giraffes wander among the acacia, buffalo wallow in the swamps and colobus monkeys call from the treetops while the lake’s large hippo population sleep the day out in the shallows.

After breakfast, drive further to great rift valley arrives at Olpejeta private Conservancy for lunch and afternoon game drive. The Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya has over 10000 large mammals and it is the only park where the big 5 and chimpanzees can be seen. It is also where the fastest-growing population of rhino in Africa can be found There are southern white rhino, about 80 endangered black rhino in a special sanctuary, there are two of the world’s last remaining northern white rhino.

Early morning game drive in Olpejeta. This provides you with ample time to explore this impressive wildlife park and sanctuary as you marvel at the magnificent sight of the snow-capped Mt. Kenya peaks in the background. Drive on to Lake Nakuru national park to arrive in time for lunch and afternoon game drive. It is a shallow alkaline lake. The park also has over 450 bird species including the flamingos. The national park is ideal for bird watching, hiking, picnic, and game drives.
