Safari summary
This tour package is available from July to October, coinciding with the annual migration that begins in the Southern Serengeti of Tanzania. The calving season occurs from January to March, when abundant rainfall creates rich grazing conditions for approximately 750,000 zebras, followed by 1.2 million wildebeest, as well as thousands of predators that trail behind.
Around July and August, the migration reaches the Mara River and crosses en route to the Masai Mara Game Reserve in Kenya. This period is ideal for witnessing the dramatic river crossings. Additionally, September and October offer excellent opportunities to observe the migration as it returns from the Masai Mara to the Serengeti.
We recommend visiting the central Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater during this tour for an unforgettable experience.
