The ‘Masai Mara teems with game all year round. With the benefit of off road driving, private guide and spotter, you can follow predator/prey interactions from start to finish. Follow the mighty herds into the Serengeti. During the months of December to May, the great migration is in the Southern part of the Serengeti where the grass is lush, sweet and plentiful. This is the time of birthing, where the millions of wildebeest, zebra and gazelle give birth en mass. Wonder at the beauty of the wobbly foal as it takes its first steps. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where a visitor may see animals in the same super abundance as existed a century ago. Explore this part of the Northern Serengeti Ecosystem where the great wildebeest migration takes place. After breakfast, full day of game viewing. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya with an extensive road and track network, which allows for close range viewing and photography. Picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. The abundance of food are the reasons Masai mara has greatest population of wild animals in the whole of Africa. From July to October, the annual migration of huge herds of Gnus and Zebras, predators such as hyenas and Lions closely follow.

After breakfast, full day game drive in the Serengeti with picnic lunch.Witness the wonder of over 1.8 million wildebeest covering the mighty plains, many heavily pregnant and ready to give birth. In the space of 3-4 weeks between three to four thousand calves are born, all ready to stand within minutes. Watch them take their first step on wobbly legs following their mother.Keep an eye for the predators who are quick to take advantage of the youngsters mothers and feast on this glut of prey.

After Break fast ,en route game drive to Ngorongoro Conservation area. Stopover at Olduvai Gorge, where anthropologists Dr. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution. Lunch at the Gorge, proceed to Ngorongoro to spend the next few hours on the rim of the crater. Its enduring charm stems from its overwhelming physical beauty and the abundance of wildlife permanently resident on the crater floor.

After breakfast descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half day’s safari tour head to Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos and hippos is seen here. Picnic lunch at the crater, proceeds for another afternoon game drive when you will ascend from the crater.The Ngorongoro Crater and surrounding highlands together form one of Africa's most beautiful regions.
