Dar to Saadani
Saadani
At 0800hrs pick up at your hotel/residency, drive to Saadani National Park with approximately 03 hours drive via Bagamoyo road. Upon arrival you will set off for a game drive in the park. In the afternoon you will set for a picnic lunch at a designated picnic site the have a rest due to hot humid weather. In the afternoon when it is a bit cool set off for an afternoon game drive till 1700hrs; then herd to Saadani campsite for dinner and overnight.

Today we will leave Saadani herding to Bagamoyo “bury my heart” in KiSwahili, It is a historical site that takes you back to the mid-19th century, when the town was one of the most important settlements along the East African coast and the terminus of the trade caravan route linking Lake Tanganyika with the sea. The Old Ferry on the Wami River explains about the town's slave-trade past. At around 1600 hrs start leaving for Dar via Bagamoyo road and drop off at your residence.
