Day one (1): Moshi to Nalemuru gate
Kilimanjaro
• Rising: 1387/915m to 1950m to 2750m • Stretch: 9 km • Hiking Time: 4 hours • Habitat: Montana forest Beginning with an early breakfast, the journey to Rongai gate, at 1,950 m (6,398 ft), will take roughly 2-3 hours and pass through numerous towns and coffee plantations. After checking in, porters will be prepared to hike with hikers on a broad path that winds through fields of potatoes and corn before entering a montane forest.
Day two (2): Simba Camp to Kikelewa

• Rising: 2750m to 3600m • Stretch: 17 km • Hiking Time: 7 hours • Climatic habitat: Moorland Following an early breakfast, hikers will ascend to the second camp, where lunch will be provided. The trek then continues through the moorland on a narrower trail to Kikelewa Camp, which is located on the Mawenzi peak side in a protected valley. The night will be spent at Kikelewa Camp after dinner.

day 3 to Mawenzi turn hut

• Rising: 3600m to 4330m • Stretch: 7km • Hiking Time: 4 hours • Climatic habitat: Semi-Desert After breakfast, the hike will continue to the rocky, grassy slopes, where you will have the vistas all to yourself. After this journey, you will arrive at the Mawenzi turn hut camp where you can see an undried lake with neither an outlet nor an inlet. This is shortly after going through vegetation toward Mawenzi. After lunch and dinner are provided, the day will come to a conclusion here.

Day 4: Acclimatization day

Even though it will be our second time visiting Mawenzi tarn, we will still enjoy and learn from our time there. This will be a relaxing day. The hikers and the entire team will remain there to enjoy the stunning view of Mawenzi Peak at Mount Kilimanjaro, the changing weather, and various exposures of the local flora. Then there will be lunch and dinner, followed by a peaceful night.

day 5 Mawenzi Tarn camp - Kibo camp

• Rising: 4330m • Hiking Time: 5 hours • Climatic habitat: Alpine Desert After a second early morning awakening at Mawenzi, food will be provided before the hikers start their journey toward Kibo peak in Kilimanjaro through the lunar desert, stopping at the base of Kibo's crater wall. After going through a desert, the hikers will rest and enjoy the remainder of the day and night before beginning their final ascent to the summit.

day 6: Horombo camp

• Elevation: 4695 m to 5895 m to 3690 m • Distance: 4 km up, 14 km down • Hiking Time: 10-15 hours • Climatic habitat: Alpine Desert To reach Uhuru Peak in time to see the stunning sunrise on this day, hikers must get up at midnight, eat a quick breakfast, and then continue their journey. To get to Gilman's Point on the crater rim at 5,861m (18,640ft), you must leave for the top at 12:00 AM, switchback up a steep scree slope (or possibly snow), and arrive there between 4 and 6 AM.
Day 7: Marangu Gate to Moshi

• Elevation: 3690m to 1830m to 1387m • Stretch: 18 km • Descending Time: 5-7 hours Given that today is the penultimate day of the expedition, Mandara Hulets in Kilimanjaro are reached after breakfast by descending via Moorland. The final meal of the voyage will then be consumed during the lunch break. The descent then continues towards the Marangu Park gate through a lush woodland. As the cars are getting ready to take hikers back to their hotels.
