Day 1

Ruaha

Day 1: Zanzibar or Dar es Salaam - Ruaha National Park: Depart from Zanzibar at 0800am via Dar es Salaam Airport for your flight at 0830am to Ruaha National Park landing at 0950am in Msembe Airstrip you will start game moment the plane touches down you might see pair of giraffe parading across the runway more so elephant mothers protect their young one under the shade of a baobabs. Game drive en-route to the lodge having a chance to see as many wildlife as the nature could produce arrival at the Ruaha River Lodge for Lunch. The remarkable beauty of Ruaha is not only in the landscape and its diversity of flora and fauna, the impressive big game, but in the feeling of having the wilderness all to yourself. Located close to the core game viewing area of the Mwagusi River High densities of lion, leopard, elephant and buffalo  close to camp. Afternoon game drive till evening then overnight.

Day 2

Day 2: Ruaha National Park-Full Day Game Drive: After breakfast, a full day’s game drive in Ruaha National Park. Enjoy the fascinating beauty of the Ruaha national park with picnic lunch in the bush. Elephants are found in some of the highest concentration in the country, travelling in matriarch-lead herds through ancient grazing lands and seasonal supplies of water. The Great Ruaha River is the main feature of the park, and meanders through its borders. On its banks, the game viewing is spectacular, whether done by land or by water, dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Ruaha

Day 3: Ruaha National Park to Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar Island: After early breakfast, sunrise game drive in Ruaha National Park. Hippos yawn under the midday sun and crocodiles lie lazily along the banks. Fish eagles dive and swoop along the riverbanks enjoy the wildlife then transfer to the Airstrip for your flight at 1145am back to Dar Es Salaam arrival in Zanzibar at 0150pm. End of your Safari.
