Day 1
Day 1: Arrive in Tanzania Welcome to Tanzania. Upon arrival you will be met by our meet and greet service representative and transferred to your Moshi hotel. Dinner and overnight rest. Accommodation: The Sal Sanero Hotel Food Included: Breakfast/Dinner
Day 2
Kilimanjaro
Day 2: Marangu Day Tour After breakfast you will drive to the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro with a spectacular view of the "roof of Africa". At the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, outside the entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park, lies the beautiful town of Marangu. Here, locals have planned various walking tours through valleys and numerous waterfalls depicting mountain village life. Walking tours through Marangu offer equally breathtaking scenery as well as walks through numerous waterfalls including the beautiful Kinukamori, Moongo and Mteshani Falls. One can also learn more about the Chaga culture by visiting a traditional Chaga house made of straw roofing. You can walk through the Chief Mangi area where the first court and primary school of the northern region are still functioning. At Kilema Roman Catholic mission, you can see the first coffee tree planted in Tanzania by an Irish missionary 100 years ago. Kilimanjaro area is now one of the leading coffee producers in the country! A light climb up Ngangu hill with it’s fantastic view is a pleasure. On clear days the snow of Kibo Peak is so close, the plains so wide and the Pare Mountains to grab. All the sites can be visited on a half day or full day tour. From the Makundi Blacksmith area to Kilema transport can be organized to cover the distance. In the afternoon you will drive back to your hotel for overnight rest. Day 3
Tsavo
Day 3: Moshi – Tsavo West. Early morning after breakfast you will drive to the Kenya – Tanzania border where after visa formalities you will meet your Kenyan driver. After a short briefing you will drive north for an afternoon game drive towards the vast wilderness of Tsavo West, Kenya’s oldest and largest park. Accommodation: Serena Kilaguni Lodge Food Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Day 4
Tsavo
Day 4: Tsavo West (tour) – Nairobi. Morning game drives soon after breakfast. Visit the Chyulu Hills and the Mzima Springs, which are favorite haunts of both the hippo and crocodile. Return back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch leave Tsavo West with game drive en-route to Nairobi. Accommodation: Mvuli House Food Included: Breakfast
Day 5
Masai Mara | Nairobi
Day 5: Nairobi – Maasai Mara After early breakfast you leave Nairobi for the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, home to the black-manned lion, cheetah and other predators. The Mara is rich in resident wildlife and in scenic beauty. A sunset in the Masai Mara is worth a ton in gold! Arrive in time for lunch, before proceeding on for an afternoon game drive. Masai Mara
Day 6: Full Day Masai Mara The day at large is spent in the park, exploring the plains for its wildlife. One may have the opportunity to see the lion, elephant, cheetah, rhino, leopard and buffalo to name but a few. Accommodation: Serena Mara Lodge Food Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Day 7
Masai Mara
Day 7: Masai Mara – Musoma (Tanzania) We leave the lodge and drive through the southern part of the reserve viewing game as we proceed to Tanzania border at Isebania/Sirari. Your driver from Tanzania will be waiting and you will drive south for the night in a quiet town on the shores of the immerse lake Victoria known as Musoma. The surrounding countryside is home to many different tribes including the Kuria, Jita, Luo, and Taturu. Musoma’s colourful port and variety of tribes make it a vibrant cosmopolitan town. If time allows, take a little walk around the town. You will enjoy your overnight stay ready for the next adventure tomorrow. Accommodation: Afrilux Hotel Musoma Food Included: Breakfast
Day 8
Serengeti
Day 8: Musoma - Serengeti You leave in the morning after breakfast and drive south to the Western corridor of the great Serengeti via Ndabaka gate with a picnic lunch en-route. The afternoon is spent viewing game and later overnight at the lodge. Accommodation: Seronera Wildlife Lodge Food Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner

Serengeti
Day 9: Full Day Serengeti. After breakfast you explore the world’s best-known park, the Serengeti. Named after the Maasai word, “Siringet”, for endless plains of short and long grass, the Serengeti is well known for its large prides of lion, cheetah, packs of wild dog and nearly a million or so wildebeest. Enjoy lunch at the lodge or packed lunch en-route and later take an afternoon game drive. Wildlife viewing in the Serengeti ecosystem with its Great Migration is tremendous! Nowhere on earth is there a sight rivalling the spectacle of 1.5 million hoofed animals on the march. Serengeti has the highest concentration of large mammals on this planet and is famous for its 2,000+ lions, the highest concentration found anywhere. Serengeti
Day 10: Half Day Serengeti – Ngorongoro. After breakfast drive to the Ngorongoro highlands with en-route view of flora and fauna of this spectacular geography (short game drives). You will arrive in your lodge at the craters rim for lunch and the rest of the evening will be spent enjoying the views from your lodge. Accommodation: Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge Food Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Day 11
Lake Manyara | Ngorongoro Crater
Day 11: Full day Ngorongoro. After breakfast you descend into the crater for a full day tour and enjoy abundant wildlife viewing set against the impressive backdrop of the Ngorongoro Crater, the heart of the conservation area. These drives provide one of the best opportunities in Africa to view black rhino, which tend to spend their time on the crater floor. Ngorongoro Crater is one of the world’s greatest natural spectacles; its magical setting and abundant wildlife never fail to enthral visitors. For lunch, enjoy a picnic next to one of the hippo pools on the crater floor. Afterwards you continue with the game drive throughout the various ecosystems of the crater, including woodland filled with zebra and baboon, plains that support scavenging hyena and a lake that is tinted pink with greater and lesser flamingos. Other game that you can see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals. Later in the afternoon you depart to overnight in the Manyara area. Day 12
Lake Manyara
Day 12: Manyara National Park. After breakfast you tour the Lake Manyara until early afternoon. Lunch will be served in your lodge before proceeding with an evening game drive. Lake Manyara contains a diverse range of habitats and topographical features ranging from the rift wall, ground water forest, acacia woodlands and open grasslands to the shores of Lake Manyara and the lake itself. Watch out for the diverse flora and fauna of the park. There are some 350 different bird species in the park. The park provides sanctuary to a variety of animals such as the gazelle, impala, buffalo, wildebeest, hyena, baboon, giraffe, hippo and the famous tree-climbing lions that are unique to the lake. Day 13
Tarangire
Day 13: Manyara – Tarangire After breakfast you will drive to Tarangire National Park with en-route views. Arrive in time for lunch followed by afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight rest. The Tarangire River is the centrepiece of this park which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. In the dry season large numbers of animals congregate along the river. Drive into a landscape dotted with baobab trees and umbrella-thorn acacias. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, Oryx, eland, giraffe and zebra. In addition to the animal species, the park is famous for its century-old baobab trees and over 300 species of birds. Accommodation: Tarangire Safari Lodge Food Included: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Day 14
Arusha | Tarangire
Day 14: Tarangire – Arusha. You depart Tarangire with en-route views. Today you have extra time for optional activities like shopping, exploring the city, visit a Masai village, an orphanage or local school, or explore the Snake Park. Whatever you wish to do, let us know and we can arrange it! Accommodation: The Arusha Hotel Food Included: Breakfast
Day 15
Kilimanjaro
Day 15: Goodbye Tanzania You will be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport in time for your flight back home or you can book an add-on on Zanzibar (optional).
