Safari summary
The trip begins with night at a hotel in Nairobi from where you will begin the safari the next day at Amboseli National Park which offers magnificent views of Africa’s highest Mountain, Mt Kilimanjaro. Full day will be spent at the camp in Amboseli from where you will head out on safari in the morning to pursue wildlife among them herds of Elephants dotting the vast wilderness. You will then go to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride to Crescent Island Sanctuary for a walking safari. Finally you will head further south west to Masai Mara the crown jewel of Kenya’s Parks where you will most probably encounter all the Big Five; Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino and Leopards roaming the great rolling plains.

Day 1
Nairobi
Day 1: 2020; Arrive JKIA- Nairobi Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, meet with our airport representative and then be transferred to a city hotel for overnight. There are no activities planned for this day to allow you to relax from the jetlag and prepare for an exciting safari experience. Day 2
Amboseli | Nairobi
Day 2: 2020; Nairobi -Amboseli NP 0700hrs, breakfast at the hotel then depart for Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch at the camp. At 1530 proceed for the evening game drive in Amboseli National Park and later return to enjoy the camp facilities and overnight. Day 3
Amboseli | Kilimanjaro
Day 3: 2020; Amboseli National Park (Full Day) 0730hrs, have breakfast at the lodge after which you will depart for a full day game drive in Amboseli National Park until 15:00hrs when you return to the lodge to enjoy the camp facilities. Day 4
Amboseli
Day 4: 2020; Amboseli National Park – Lake Naivasha 0730hrs, breakfast then depart for Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch at the camp followed by an afternoon excursions of Lake Naivasha with a Boat ride to explore the hippo families and water birds; and thereafter will be the Crescent Island trek with wild-herbivores. At crescent, you get to walk amongst the Giraffes, Kudus, Buffaloes, and Topis among other wildlife. At 18:00hrs, Return to the resort, have dinner and the rest of the evening at leisure. Day 5
Masai Mara
Day 5: 2020; Lake Naivasha -Masai Mara Game Reserve At 0700hrs, breakfast then depart Lake Naivasha and head to the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. At 1530hrs, take an afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. During the game drive, you have a chance to see the Big Five including the Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, and the elusive Leopard. Day 6
Masai Mara
Day 6: 2020; Full Day in Masai Mara 07:00hrs; breakfast followed by a full day game drive with picnic lunch box that will take you to the Mara River with a possibility to see hippos and crocodiles. 1730hrs, return to the camp after a successful day spotting wildlife and take a well-deserved meal and later overnight at the camp Meals & Overnight (FB): Zebra Plains Mara Camp
Day 7
Masai Mara
Day 7: 2020; Full Day in Masai Mara 0600hrs, early morning game drive before breakfast to return at 0900hrs for breakfast at the camp. Mid-morning at leisure to enjoy the camp facilities or alternatively visit a Masai Boma (village) to experience the rich culture of the guardians of this magnificent wilderness (at US$ 30 extra cost). At 1300hrs is lunch at the camp followed by afternoon game drive at 1530hrs to pursue wildlife in their busiest hour. Later at 1830hrs return to the camp for dinner and overnight. Day 8
Masai Mara | Nairobi
Day 8: 2020; Departure 0700hrs, depart for an early morning game drive in Masai Mara and return for breakfast at the camp followed by departure for Nairobi where you will be transferred to JKIA for your international flight back home.
