Arrival in Uganda and Entebbe
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll be welcomed by your guide, who will transfer you to your accommodation in Entebbe or Kampala for an overnight stay. Take some time to relax after your flight and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead. You can also opt for an evening stroll around the Entebbe Botanical Gardens or enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Lake Victoria before resting for the night.

Transfer to Kibale National Park
After breakfast, you’ll start your journey towards Kibale National Park, renowned for being home to one of the highest concentrations of primates in the world, including the endangered chimpanzees. On arrival, you’ll check into your lodge and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. Later in the day, you’ll have a briefing about chimpanzee tracking before preparing for an unforgettable experience.

Chimp Tracking in Kibale Forest
Get an early start with a chimpanzee tracking experience in Kibale’s lush rainforest. Observing wild chimpanzees as they live and interact within their natural habitat. Tracking the chimps can take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours. Along the way, you may also spot other primates, such as blue monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, and various bird. Once you locate the chimpanzee group, you’ll have up to an hour to observe them. In the afternoon, enjoy a nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.

Queen Elizabeth National Park
Today, you’ll head to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s most popular wildlife reserve. The park is famous for its diverse ecosystems, from savannas and wetlands to tropical rainforests, and it’s home to a variety of animals, including the big five: lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards. Upon arrival, you’ll have a briefing and an afternoon game drive to spot wildlife in the park’s southern sector, including hippos, waterbucks, warthogs, and antelopes.

Your adventure continues with an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. You’ll have the chance to see a variety of animals, including lions and elephants. Afterward, enjoy a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway that connects Lake George and Lake Edward. The boat cruise offers close-up views of hippos, crocodiles, and birdlife, including the African fish eagle and flamingos.
