Itinerary
Day 1
Tarangire
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park After breakfast starting safari from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. During this time thousands of animals- wildebeest, buffalo, and Oryx migrate from the dry Maasai steeple to the Tarangire River looking for water. Lion, leopard and other predators follow the herds. Tarangire is home to over 500 varieties of birds. Have lunch and take a late afternoon game viewing and drive to the camp for dinner and overnight at Octagon Lodge.
Day 2
Lake Manyara
Day 2:Full Day in Lake Manyara. Start the game drive through underground water forest, proceed to acacia woodland savanna open land, pass by hot water spring, and proceed to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara is home for many flamingos and other water birds. The park is home to tree climbing lions, elephant, zebra, buffalo, giraffe, baboon and velvet monkey, warthog, and more. About 350 species of birds have been recorded here. You will have a picnic lunch, dinner, and overnight at Octagon Lodge.
Day 3
Serengeti
Day 3: Octagon to Serengeti National Park You will have an early morning breakfast at the lodge, then drive to the great Serengeti National Park with lunch and game drives en route. During your afternoon game drive in the park, you might see lion, leopard, elephant, cheetah, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, eland, wild dog, gazelles, crocodile, and more. Lot of birds include the migrants. Proceed with game viewing around Seronera or eastward, dinner and overnight will be at Awali Luxury Camp.
Day 4
Serengeti
Day 4: After breakfast we start a day with the morning game drives in Western Serengeti National Park through Grumeti river marveling at the stunning scenery, ever changing light and always entertaining wildlife, all explained to you by your expert guide With optional of picnic or hot lunch At 12:30am. And after lunch we set off again for afternoon game drives that takes us till sunset 06:30PM. When we head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Awali Camp
Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater | Serengeti
Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro After breakfast, depart from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater Rim. Wake up for early morning game drives in Serengeti with lunch box. You will then check out and drive with lunch and game viewing en route to Ngorongoro Crater rim for dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge.
Day 6
Day 6: Crater to Arusha Wake up early in the morning and drive to Ngorongoro then descend into the crater floor for game drives. All the big five (rhino, lion, buffalo, and elephant) live in this wonderful caldera. Others that live here are zebra, hippo, wildebeest, hyena, and more. Birds includes flamingos on the Soda lake, geese, storks, vultures, and more. Your lunch will be served in the picnic site in the Crater at Ngoitoktok swamp, a Hippo pool. After lunch, drive to Arusha.
