Other animal species to be spotted are e.g. zebra, giraffe, different antelopes, lion, cheetah, vervet monkey and mongoose. Tarangire NP has its own “mini-migration” as Tarangire River is an important source of drinking water during the dry season (Jun-Oct) and that makes it the perfect place to spot wildlife. Migratory animals come to put out their thirst and following them are the predators looking for a feast. Lunch in the park. Late afternoon exit the park and drive to Arusha.
