Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire

After breakfast we will pick you from your accommodation in Arusha and we will head to Tarangire National Park, which is known for its huge baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Its sparse vegetation makes it a beautiful and special location, where up to 300 elephants can be found, looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds at it best visiting time during the dry season between July to October. Enjoy a full day game drive with a picnic lunch before being transferred to Karatu.

Day 2: Karatu to Serengeti

Depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful Karatu farmlands & beautiful landscapes of Ngorongoro conservation area Leaving the highlands behind, today you will get out of the safari jeep to enjoy the crater view on the crater rim if weather permits then proceed on a drive. Today you will descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see.

Day 4: Game drive in the crater
Ngorongoro Crater
Descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which includes lions, zebras, flocks of flamingos, elephants, giraffes just to mention a few. It is in this area where man and wildlife stays together in one area, visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater.

Day 5: Mto wa mbu village tour
The bustling farming community of Mto wa Mbu, located between Manyara and Ngorongoro, is home to more than 18,000 people. Spend full or half day here with a knowledgeable local guide and you’ll discover a side of Tanzania that many visitors miss. After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to a point in Mto wa Mbu village where you will meet with your local guide and start a biking or walking tour passing through different farms and areas within the voillage.
