Day 1: Welcome to Arusha, Tanzania

VIP fast-track at Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA), Arusha – Africa’s highest mountain Mt Kilimanjaro looms large outside. Private ground transfer to Arusha Coffee Lodge which sits in the foothills of Mount Meru, its suites sprinkled amid one of Tanzania’s largest working plantations. Retreat to your stylish room and, unwind in the spa. Soothing in the extreme, this is the perfect pre-safari stay booked on Full board accommodation.

Day 2: Arusha -Tarangire National

Breakfast at the Lodge, private Bean-to-cup Coffee Tour and Shanga cultural experience. Lunch at the lodge, ground transfer to Airstrip, private flight to Tarangire National Park. First afternoon game viewing drive. By the time you reach Tarangire Treetops Lodge, you’ll already have spotted host of species. Traditional Masai boma dinner is set for you at the camp. NB: Children under 14 years will not be allowed in their own Room at Tarangire Treetops unless sharing with an adult.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

Breakfast at the camp, morning game drive and lunch at the camp. Bush walk with Masai guide, visit Maasai village. Sundowners in the bush is taken, while dinner will follow at the camp. You might want to squeeze in another adventure: night game drives (permitted within the Conservancy) are a chance to see the after-dark shift, from prickly porcupines to elusive leopards. NB: Children under 14 years will not be allowed in their own Room at Tarangire Treetops unless sharing with an adult.

Day 4: Tarangire - Ngorongoro
Ngorongoro Crater
Morning game viewing drive with packed picnic lunch en-route to airstrip – a wild ride that doubles as a game drive. Picnic lunch in Tarangire National Park. Board your flight to Manyara Airstrip, Transfer to your elegance lodge, The Manor at Ngorongoro for high tea, quite possibly the most enviable address on the safari circuit. Then soak in your Victorian bathtub, cosy up by your suite’s open fire, enjoy a delicious dinner, maybe have a game of billiards and retire for the night.

Day 5: Lake Manyara

Breakfast at The Manor, proceed for game viewing drive to Africa’s lovelist Park – Lake Manyara National Park and stay until lunch with picnic lunch by the water’s edge or return to the lodge for lunch. Drive back to The Manor at Ngorongoro, to spend the rest of your afternoon at leisure, swimming, horseback riding, spa treatment or join a guided walk around the coffee estate, finishing with a Sundowner while dinner will be served at the lodge.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

Early morning breakfast at the lodge, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for full day Ngorongoro Crater Tour measuring over 20km wide and 600m deep. Ngorongoro Crater is a natural volcanic amphitheatre, a geological marvel, a festival of wildlife. The Manor at Ngorongoro has special permission to host beautiful bush lunches in a private part of the Crater, away from the crowds. You can picnic in exclusive style without missing a wildlife-packed minute. Dinner will be served at The Manor.

Day 7: Ngorongoro - Serengeti

Breakfast at The Manor, ground transfer to the Airstrip, flight to Serengeti National Park - 14,763 sq km arriving your lodge in time for lunch. Exact lodge depends on the season of the year, Serengeti Pioneer Camp is located in the southern park - immense wildebeest herds, nearby Lake Magadi popular with flamingos. Serengeti Migration Camp, located further north. Wildlife is remarkable especially when the Great Migration passes through. Afternoon game drive, dinner at the camp.

Day 8: Serengeti National Park

Breakfast at camp, proceed for game viewing drive in Serengeti National Park, witness the pinnacle of the Great Migration, when more than a million animals cross the northern rivers. Serengeti Migration Camp sits on their route, so you barely need travel at all to catch a life-or-death crossing. Also nearby are hippo-filled pools – you can hear their grunts and chortles from camp. Early morning breakfast, proceed for full day exploring Serengeti National Park with Picnic hamper lunch served in the bush. If from Serengeti Pioneer Camp, you might witness Serengeti’s mighty herds: each year, 400,000 wildebeest calves are born in Southern park which draws many predators. If from Serengeti Pioneer Camp, Big Cats are pleasure around. The camp supports Serengeti Cheetah Project. Final Sundowners will be in the bush while dinner will be served at the camp.

Day 10: Serengeti - Arusha
Breakfast at the camp while relaxing at leisure, proceed to Serengeti Airstrip game viewing enroute. Board your flight to Arusha Airport. Private ground transfer from Arusha Airport to Arusha Coffee Lodge, where a day room will be available to freshen up depending on your outbound flight. Thereafter private ground transfer from Arusha Hotel to Kilimanjaro International Airport to connect your outbound flight, with a headful of magical Tanzania adventure memories.
