Day 2 - 4: Gorilla trekking Sabyinyo will pick you up from Serena Hotel in the morning for the short drive through the scenic hills of Rwanda. Settle in to Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge on arrival, lots of afternoon activities available, including golden monkey treks (extra), and local community visits. Discuss and prepare for the following days gorilla treks. You have 2 permits for gorilla trekking over the following 2 days. Trekking is generally of moderate difficulty but conditions can be hot and wet, be sure to bring the correct gear. You will be getting up close and personal with the gorillas! Time for some rest at Serena Kigali as you will be tired from trekking and it's an early start tomorrow. A pack lunch from Sabyinyo will be provided, your choice of restaurants in Kigali for dinner.
