Mount Kenya

DAY 1: NAIROBI CITY – ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK Picked up from the airport in the morning or your hotel in Nairobi, we will drive to Aberdare National Park, Lunch at the scenic Aberdare Country club where on a clear afternoon, one can see the top of the snow-capped Mount Kenya. Majestic giant with snow-clad peak, Mt Kenya is Kenya’s highest mountain, country’s namesake and a mountain climbers Mecca Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.  

Lake Nakuru

DAY 3: ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK – LAKE NAKURU Early morning departure and proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park. Picnic lunch enroute followed by afternoon game drive. Lake Nakuru is a shallow alkaline lake on the edges of Nakuru town and lies a distance of 160km from Nairobi. The lake is world famous as the home of flamingoes, the number of flamingoes depends on the water level which determines the number of algae on which the birds feed. Flamingoes are known to migrate to other Rift Valley lakes whenever water level is low.

DAY 5: LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE After a full buffet breakfast in camp, you will make your way to Maasai Mara National Park, the home of the Maasai tribe. After checking in to your lodge you will have lunch before departing on an afternoon game drive. Proud young Maasai warrior nomads with their plaited hair, red cloaks, and spears will challenge your curiosity throughout the 700-square-mile game reserve. This is the Africa of your dreams, complete with wild animals grazing amid the superb rolling landscape of gentle hills and acacia woodlands. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge

DAY 7: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE – NAIROBI. Morning game drive then proceed to Nairobi where the safari ends
