Day 1

Kilimanjaro

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Air Port You will be met at the International Airport of Kilimanjaro by your driver/guide and our representative; we will drive you for accommodation at the The Mount Meru Hotel, Our safari manager and Mountain Guide will come to meet you there and discuss the Itinerary with you. Accommodation will be half board.

Day 02

Arusha | Kilimanjaro

Day 02: Arusha - Machame Camp – Kilimanjaro – Hiking Time Approx. 6 hrs. After breakfast, your driver will meet you in reception and transfer you to the Machame Gate (approx. 2 hour drive) where you will complete the registration process and hand your luggage over to the crew. Your Kilimanjaro climb will then commence through the lush, verdant rainforests to Machame Camp. Along the way, you will see a variety of unusual flora and fauna, in addition to the colorful birdlife and monkeys. Lunch will be served on route by your team of chefs and porters, before you continue to your base camp for the evening. Overnight – Camping Machame Camp (B, L, D)

Day 03

Kilimanjaro

Day 03 - Shira Camp – Kilimanjaro – Hiking Time Approx. 6 hrs After a hot breakfast in the mess tent, you will refresh your daypack with water, snacks and Waterproof clothing before heading up the relatively steep Shira trail. Surrounded by an Abundance of bird life and a savannah of tall grasses and heather, the Shira trail is a beautiful stretch that offers magnificent views of Uhuru peak on a clear day. As with

Kilimanjaro

Day 04 - Barranco Camp – Kilimanjaro – Hiking Time Approx. 7 hrs Today is an important day for acclimatization, and to limit the effects of altitude sickness you will climb high and sleep low. Ascending into the alpine desert, you will view the entire Shira plateau as you hike slowly but surely upwards to pass the Lava Tower at 15,000 feet, before descending down through the immense canyon of Grand Barranco to base camp. Your team will serve a warm lunch on route Overnight – Camping Barranco Camp (B, L, D)

Day 05

Kilimanjaro

Day 05 - Karanga Camp – Kilimanjaro – Hiking Time Approx. 4 hrs Today’s hike up and over the Barranco Wall may seem a little daunting, but after a warm breakfast you will be ready to attempt this imposing wall of rock. A relatively short day of hiking, the Barranco wall takes approximately 1 and half hours to mount, and the views from above are spectacular. With no further increase in elevation, you will trek through the glacial valleys towards Karanga Camp. Overnight – Camping Karanga Camp (B, L, D)

Day 06

Kilimanjaro

Day 06 - Barafu Camp – Kilimanjaro – Hiking Time Approx. 4 hours

Day 5

Day 5 is another important day for acclimatization, and while the trek to Barafu camp is relatively steep, you will reach camp around midday, leaving plenty of time to relax. After lunch, your guide will offer you the opportunity to hike a little further for acclimatization purposes (weather permitting), or you may prefer to rest at camp. Dinner will be served as usual before you head back to your tent for some much needed rest. At11pm you will be woken with a warm drink and biscuits, and prepare for your midnight summit attempt. Overnight – Camping Barafu Camp – Midnight Summit Attempt (B, L, D)

Day 07

Kilimanjaro

Day 07 - Millennium or Mweka Camp – Kilimanjaro – Hiking Time Approx. 11 – 13 hrs Today is the day you have been dreaming about! After your midnight departure from Barafu and 6-7 hours hiking you will reach the welcoming green sign of Stella Point. As the sun starts to rise, you will be exposed to the sheer beauty of Mount Kilimanjaro, and despite being exhausted and cold, you have just another 40 minutes to go along a relatively flat path to reach you final destination – Uhuru Peak. What goes up must come down, and after taking those cherished photos from the Roof of Africa, you will begin your descent back to Barafu Camp for a well-deserved warm lunch. You guide will then decide whether you trek down to Millennium or Mweka Camp for your final evening on the mountain. Overnight – Camping Millennium or Mweka Camp (B, L, D)

Day 08

Arusha | Kilimanjaro

Day 08 – Mweka gate Arusha – Hiking Time Approx. 3-5 hrs After your last mountainside breakfast, you will begin your final ascent to Mweka Gate. Returning through the lush rainforests at the base of Kilimanjaro, you will be met by your Logistics team for one final lunch together before saying your goodbyes and heading back to Arusha Dinner and overnight at Mount Meru Hotel L,D.

Day 09

Arusha | Lake Manyara

Day 09: Arusha /Manyara Today After breakfast you will start your driving Adventure to Lake Manyara National Park. With Lunch box you will go direct to the National park for a full day game drive of Lake Manayara National Park. Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its tree climbing lion, Flamingo at the lake and many animals with different species of birds. Day 10

Serengeti

Day 10: Karatu / Serengeti After breakfast you will drive to Serengeti with lunch box (en route game drive), evening game drive in Serengeti, in search of large predators and gentle herbivores in which they feed. Accommodation & Meals: Katikati Camp B, L,D.

Day 11

Serengeti

Day 11 - 12: Serengeti full day game drive In these two days you have full day game drive of Serengeti; your driver guide will take you out far way looking for Serengeti Great Migration. You will see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes and many birds and other species. You will decide to have hot lunch at the hotel after Morning game drive or to carry Lunch boxes and spend more time in the Parks doing game drive. Accommodation & Meals: Katikati Camp B, L,D.

Day 13

Ngorongoro Crater

Day 13: Ngorongoro Crater. In the Morning with Lunch boxes you will drive to Ngorongoro Crater for Full day game drive of the crater considered as an UNESCO World Heritage Site. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls the Ngorongoro Crater has the highest wild animal density worldwide. Among the species are lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. You might expect to see the ‘Big Five’ in one day. You will enjoy private game drive in crater and have time to get out of the car for picnic Lunch with wind breeze beside the lake. Arusha

Day 15 -16: Zanzibar Relax and enjoy the endless beaches of Zanzibar whilst staying in your beach side hotel. There are a wide range of water sport activities you can participate in, such as snorkeling, scuba diving, boat trips and more. Day 17

Day 17: Zanzibar After breakfast you will be transferred to Stone Town. You will see Zanzibar’s bustling market, winding alleyways, ornately carved and studded doors, two cathedrals and countless mosques!
