Overview
The safari visits eight of the beautiful parks in Kenya. The Masai Mara is the land of African legend: Lion are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and less commonly the Rhino. Lake Nakuru National park which has best been known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores and also rich wildlife including Rothschild giraffes and black rhinos. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, 5895m Kilimanjaro, is one of the most popular of Kenya's national parks, Mt Kenya national park where Mount Kenya is the second tallest mountain in Africa. Sweet Waters Chimpanzee Sanctuary/Olpejeta conservancy the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, and the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees, Aberdares National Park is quite diverse with deep ravines that cut through the forested eastern and western slopes, the Samburu Game Reserve in the northern frontier district and Kenya's beautiful beach, bamburi beach at the North Coast.

Day 1

Masai Mara | Serengeti

DAY 1: NAIROBI – MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE On Arrival at JKIA international airport, you will be met by our representative and briefed on your safari. Depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve which is 259 km south along the floor of the great rift valley then past Narok climb the western wall entering Hemingway's country ''Serengeti plains'' Check in and arrival in time for lunch at the lodge and freshen up. Afterwards you will have breakfast and the rest of the day will be spent at leisure relaxing. Lunch, Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or equivalent. www.sopalodges.com

Lake Nakuru | Masai Mara

DAY 3-MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE   Full day will be spent at this famous reserve searching for wild game with an option to enjoy a balloon safari. You can carry picnic lunch or have lunch at the lodge. Visit to Masai villages is also an option The Mara is the land of African legend: Lion are abundant throughout the park, as are the elephants, giraffes, and a variety of gazelle species and zebra. Cheetah and leopard are also regularly seen and, less commonly, rhino. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature's few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip. Several species of Bee-Eater, the flying rainbow that heads the list of the Mara's birds, occur in the reserve. As well as wildlife, the Masai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Masai tribe who may be seen around the borders of the park - Morans. Return to the lodge in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge. www.sopalodges.com   DAY4: MASAI MARA-LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK Have breakfast at the lodge.  Depart and drive towards the Great Rift Valley viewing scenery having a stopover at the view point en route arriving to the pink lake often referred so due to its great masses of flamingos. Check in at lake Nakuru lodge, have lunch and after lunch proceed for a game drive in lake Nakuru National park with numerous animals. During the game drive you will see the huge numbers of flamingos which are concentrated along the lake shore. In addition to the bird life for which Lake Nakuru is so well known there are many different wildlife species in the park including lion, leopard, Black rhino, White rhino, buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffe, zebra, impala and water buck. Day 5

Samburu

DAY 5: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK –SAMBURU This morning have breakfast at the lodge and if time allows have a game drive as you leave the park and drive north to Samburu National Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Check in at Samburu Sopa lodge, Afterwards, proceed for a game drive. The park is famous as the place for the Samburu semi-nomadic tribesmen, species of game unique like the reticulated giraffe, the Gravy’s zebra gerenuk, beisa Oryx and a host of the big game including elephant and lion. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa lodge. www.sopalodges.com Samburu Game Reserve is situated in the hot and arid fringes of Kenya's vast Northern Frontier District. The area is home to the Samburu tribe, pastoral relatives of the Masai. Samburu Reserve as a safari destination has rugged and dramatic landscape, the Ewaso Nyiro River runs along the southern boundary dividing Samburu Game Reserve and is home to crocodile and hippo with the many animals visiting to drink during the heat of the day. Samburu safari may offer sighting of buffalo, lion, leopard, cheetah and other plains game.

Mount Kenya

DAY 6: SAMBURU-MT KENYA NATIONAL PARK After breakfast ,depart for Mt Kenya National park where Mount Kenya is the second tallest mountain in Africa. Arrival in time for lunch at Sportsman’s arms lodge. After lunch proceed for a game drive in the park. The scenery surrounding this designated World Heritage Site is breath-taking. It is pristine wilderness with lakes, tarns, glaciers, dense forest, mineral springs and a selection of rare and endangered species of animals, high altitude adapted plains game and unique montane and alpine vegetation. wildlife to be seen Includes elephants, tree hyrax, white tailed mongoose, suni, black fronted duiker, mole rat, bushbucks, water buck and Elands. DAY 7: MOUNT KENYA NATIONAL PARK-OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY/SWEET WATERS SANCTUARY Have breakfast at the hotel, after depart for Olpejeta Conservancy which safeguards some of the most vulnerable wildlife in the world, and advocating for change. Arrival in time for lunch at Falcon Heights Hotel. After lunch proceed for a game drive in the park Ol Pejeta is home to two of the world’s last remaining northern white rhinos, and a sanctuary for over 110 critically endangered black rhinos. you stand the chance of spotting some of Kenya’s more unusual critters. Nairobi

DAY 8: OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY/SWEET WATERS SANCTUARY- ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK   This morning, depart Nairobi for Aberdares National park. The park provides a habitat for elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, among others. Over 250 species of birds are in the park including the Jackson's Francolin, Sparrow hawks, among many. On arrival at the base hotel, Aberdare Country Club nestled on a slope of Mweiga Hill in the Aberdare Highlands, you will enjoy lunch and drop excess luggage. After lunch drive through the forest to reach your tree hotel (the Ark) where the night is spent watching the never ending pageant of wildlife which visits the floodlit waterhole and saltlick below. The Ark overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick, which attracts a host of awesome wildlife. Resembling and named after Noah’s Ark, The Ark comprises of three decks from which numerous balconies and lounges provide a superb location for wildlife to be seen. Amboseli | Kilimanjaro

DAY 9: ABERDARES NATIONAL PARK-AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK   Have breakfast at the lodge, During the morning cross the tip of the Aberdare Mountains stopping briefly to admire 73m plunge of Thompson’s Falls, named after the Scots explorer who first saw the Falls in 1884. Another stop is provided at the Equator after depart and drive south to Amboseli National Park via Nairobi. Game viewing en route to your lodge with the immense grandeur of Mt Kilimanjaro in the background. Lunch at the Amboseli Sopa lodge. Afternoon at leisure. Enjoy an evening game drive. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, 5895m Kilimanjaro, is one of the most popular of Kenya's national parks. Amboseli National Park provides the classic Hollywood image of Africa. Set in rolling savannah scenery it is dwarfed by the presence of the pink-tinged, snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro which, at 5,896 meters, is the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Amboseli | Kilimanjaro

DAY 10: AMBOSELI   Another exciting day in Amboseli National Park, we recommend that you get up early morning where one can experience excellent game viewing & an unprecedented view of the snowcapped Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to your lodge for breakfast. You may opt for an additional game drive after breakfast to visit the swamp with its magnificent wildlife present all day long or simply relax at your lodge and take in the African wilderness. Day 11

Tsavo

DAY 11: AMBOSELI-TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK This morning, have breakfast at the lodge and proceed to the Tsavo West National park. You will enter the park at Mtito Gate and start your game-drive en-route and proceed to severin Safari Camp where you will check in and have lunch and some rest time followed by an extensive game-drive later in the afternoon. You will visit the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary - a 70 square Kilometer fenced area where Tsavo’s growing population of endangered black rhino are inching their way back from the chasm of extinction that was forced upon them by rampant poaching in the 1960’s. DAY 12: TSAVO WEST-MOMBASA After breakfast, depart for Mombasa at one of the best beach hotels. This will be the best way to wind up the safari by relaxing at the beach hotel. DAY 14: SEVERIN SEA LODGE These three days will be spent at maximum leisure enjoying one of the best beautiful beach hotel at the North Coast bamburi beach. After breakfast, on this day you may take a morning beach walk, spend the day enjoying the hotel facilities like the swimming pool or watch movies at the hotel’s theater, or optionally you can enjoy a retreat at one of the best health and beauty spas. You may take a sunset beach walk before returning to the hotel to freshen up for dinner.
