For this trip Jumbari have combined Cape Town and a lodge situated in the Greater Kruger and you will have game drives inside the Kruger Park. We have also added in a half day trip to the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre so the half day trip will allow you to see a unique African wildlife facility focusing on conservation as well. Bonus for this trip, the safari lodge is children friendly and bonus is children under 9 stay and eat complimentary.

Itinerary

Day 1

Day 1-3 Touch down in Cape Town and your driver will collect you and transfer you to your hotel for the next 3 nights called The Onyx, new property only opened in 2018. The property is self-catering apartments and the package includes a 2 bedroom apartment so perfect for families, but also includes breakfast. The kitchen at The Onyx is fully equipped and is centrally located in Cape Town. Bonus is we have arranged early check in and late check out (if required) subject to availability. On

Day 2

day 2 there is a full day private tour which includes 2 kiddies fun packages, a fantastic lunch stop, a Cape Town city tour and afternoon visit to the famous Cape Point where you can ride the Funicular to the top of the hill and stand at the top of Cape Point. You will have a dedicated driver guide for the day. The Cape Town city tour is one of the essential local tours.

Day 4

Kruger

Day 4-7 Your driver will collect you and transfer you to Cape Town International Airport and then take a 2 1/2 hour flight to Hoedspruit. From the Hoedspruit Airport you will take a road transfer to your safari lodge. We have chosen this lodge as at Nkambeni they conduct sustainable and responsible tourism to ensure employment for the communities bordering the Kruger National Park. It is also very children friendly and bonus is children under 9 stay and eat complimentary. Fabulous tented camp which conforms to the high standards of low impact eco-friendly criteria. You will have a true African experience with luxury timber and canvas tented suites. The daily activities include a morning game drive into the Kruger National Park on an open 4x4 game vehicle. Then we have also included a half day in depth tour to the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre that is a wildlife facility that focuses on conservation and the sustainability of rare, vultnerable and threatened species.
