Itinerary

Day 1

Arusha | Kilimanjaro

Day 1 – Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) on KLM - Arusha   Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport or at any other arrive point (please indicate on your request), we meet and greet then assist with your luggage then we provide a private transfer to Arusha for overnight stay at Serena Mountain Village on Bed and breakfast

Day 2

Arusha

Day 2 – Arusha to Ngorongoro for a Crater Tour  This morning we leave Arusha with packed lunch and drive to Ngorongoro Highlands then descend 2,000 feet into the giant caldera of this extinct volcano. This magnificent natural amphitheatre contains the largest concentration of animals in all of Africa. Prides of lion, black rhino and elephant share this land with the legendary Masai tribesmen. Because the grasses are short, game is easily spotted and can be approached quite closely. We spend a splendid morning on the floor of the crater observing wildlife in this ageless World Heritage Site. Picnics will be served inside the floor of the crater. Later before dusk we ascend to the crater rim for an Overnight stay at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge on Full Board Basis    

Day 3

Lake Manyara

Day 3 – Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara National Park  Depart Ngorongoro after breakfast for Lake Manyara National Park, Enjoy afternoon game drive inside the park. Lake Manyara National Park is a fitting close to such a dramatic journey. Small, beautiful and richly diverse, its manageable size makes it possible to see virtually every highlight in a day, from its ponds of hippos wallowing in the lake alongside the pink fluttering of a million flamingoes, to its rich wildlife and perhaps some of the park’s famous tree-lounging lions. Overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge on Full Board Basis

Day 4

Arusha | Kilimanjaro | Lake Manyara

Day 4 - Lake Manyara to Arusha  Breakfast will be served at the lodge then enjoy morning game drive at Lake Manyara National Park. Followed by afternoon after lunch / picnics lunch we drive to Arusha then onward transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your international flight back home, or continue with other safari programs. This tour can be combined with extension beach holidays in Zanzibar or Mafia Island. If your international flight is departing from Jomo Kenyata International Airport or Julius Kambarage Nyerere International airport, we can organize road transport or domestic flight for your on extra.
