Amboseli | Kilimanjaro

Day 2-3: Ol Tukai Lodge, Amboseli National Park Wake up to a hearty breakfast at Eka Hotel before meeting your driver who will transfer you to Ol Tukai Lodge. Located in the heart of Amboseli National Park, Ol Tukai Lodge will be your family’s base for the next 2 nights. This lodge boasts picturesque views of Mount Kilimanjaro and offers your family the ultimate luxury chalet-style accommodation. This protected area is home to elephant, buffalo, lion, cheetah and spotted hyena. Enjoy your time here on game drives, experiencing Maasai dancing, bird walks and lectures hosted regularly by researchers from the Elephant Research Centre situated within the property. There are also lectures on the Maasai community conducted by the lodge’s Maasai culturalist. For the little ones, the lodge offers a special children’s menu and early dinner times are made enjoyable over traditional Maasai folk stories.

Serengeti

Day 6: Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp, Central Serengeti National Park Wake up and enjoy a healthy breakfast at Country Lodge before meeting your driver who will transfer you to Serengeti Kati Kati Lodge, your family’s base for the next night. This mobile tented camp is located in the central Serengeti and offers a comfortable base to explore the Serengeti plains. Consisting of 10 ensuite tents, a library and communal dining area, the camp offers a unique opportunity to experience an authentic safari camp experience, surrounded by wildlife. Time here can be spent connecting with your family while traversing the Serengeti on game drives as well as visiting the local Masaai Tribes.

Day 10-13: Gold Zanzibar Hotel, Zanzibar Wake up and enjoy a breakfast with your family at Nasikia Mobile Camp before meeting your driver who will transfer to Kogantende Airstrip. Here, you will board a flight for your onward journey to the island of Zanzibar. Touch down, where a lodge representative will meet you to transfer you to Gold Zanzibar Hotel, your family’s base for the next 4 nights. Located on the northwestern coast of Zanzibar, the Gold Zanzibar Hotel has direct beach access. This luxury resort consists of 67 rooms each boasting a private veranda with garden or ocean views. Enjoy your days exploring this diverse location, not to mention all the tasty culinary delights this island has to offer. There are a wide range of water activities available as well as marine conservation efforts that your family can partake in.
