Itinerary

Day 1

Arusha | Nairobi

Day 1 Depart Nairobi in the morning heading to Arusha via Namanga border arriving lunchtime. After lunch depart Arusha and transfer to Capricorn hotel based at the foot of the mountain. Dinner and overnight at Capricorn hotel.

Day 2

Kilimanjaro

Day 2 - 3 Morning, walk through the Kilimanjaro forest and spend your night at Mandara hut 2700 meters above sea level. You start your trekking early in the morning up to Horombo hut for dinner and overnight 3720 meters above sea level.

Day 4

Day 4 The whole trekking will take you up to Kibo hut for dinner and overnight 5680 meters above sea level.

Day 5

Day 5 For fit climbers this day will be your final ascend to the summit before dawn," The Uhuru peak” 5895 meters above sea level. The night will be spend at Horombo hut.
