Day 1

Arusha | Tarangire

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park The safari starts with pick up from Arusha hotel or Arusha Airport (ARK). After safari briefing, you will depart from Arusha at the latest by 09:00 to arrive at Tarangire for lunch. In the late afternoon hours, you will enjoy evening game drive in Tarangire National Park. It is 150 kilometers and about two to three hours drive enjoying the views of the scenic countryside. Upon arrival, you will embark on a game drive standing chances of viewing a range of wild game in the park including elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeests, giraffe, waterbuck, and olive Baboons. The park is also famous for its unique baobab trees along with 550 species of birds.

Day 2

Arusha | Kilimanjaro | Tarangire

Day 2: Game drive and transfer back to Arusha Depending on your departure flight from Arusha, you can either enjoy a morning game drive in Tarangire National Park before driving back to Arusha or depart after breakfast and driving back to Arusha to arrive in the late morning hours with drop off at an Arusha city hotel or at Arusha Airport (ARK) in time for your onward flight to Zanzibar or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) in connection to your departure flight back home.
