Day 1

Day 1  Depart Home Country/connect flight to Africa.      

Day 2

Nairobi

Day 2  Met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transported to your hotel. Overnight Nairobi (B/B)     

Day 3

Nairobi | Tsavo

Day 3  Depart Nairobi driving east towards the Indian Ocean. Enter Kenya's largest park, Tsavo, at MtitoAndei and then for lunch at Kilaguni. After lunch, visit Mizima Springs. The springs are believed to be filtered water from the rain that falls within the region. In the underground glass chamber, you may view hippos and crocodiles and the amazing barber fish. Dinner and Overnight at Kilaguni Lodge (F/B)       

Day 4

Amboseli | Kilimanjaro

Day 4  Wake up to an early morning game drive in the park before breakfast. At this time of day, you might see Elephants, Lions, and many bird species. After breakfast, drive westward toward the lower slope of Mt. Kilimanjaro to Amboseli National Park. Dinner and Overnight at Amboseli (F/B)             

Day 5

Amboseli | Kilimanjaro

Day 5  Another day in Amboseli, game viewing beneath the slopes of Africa's highest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro. Dinner and Overnight at Amboseli (F/B)   

Day 6

Nairobi

Day 6  Drive to Nairobi for lunch at the Carnivore, Africa's most famous restaurant, and then on to Mountain Lodge. A night spent in the African night world of unfolding drama, watching a floodlit water hole where animals come to drink or look for prey. You are alerted, if you like, to any exciting animals coming to the water hole during the night. Dinner and Overnight Mountain Lodge (F/B)   

Day 7

Samburu

Day 7  After breakfast, continue northwards, skirting Mt. Kenya to reach Samburu National Reserve in time for lunch. The stark beauty of this dramatic volcanic and thorn bush area on the northern frontier of Kenya is striking. Many of Samburu's animals are rarely seen outside this area, especially the Grevy's Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Blue Thigh Somali Ostrich and the graceful long necked Gerenuk. Dinner and Overnight Samburu (F/B)          

Day 8

Buffalo Springs | Samburu

Day 8  Full day game driving in the Reserves of Samburu, Buffalo Springs and along the woodland shores of the Ewaso Nyiro River. Dinner and Overnight Samburu (F/B)    

Day 9

Day 9  Depart for Mt. Kenya Safari Club. This resort, a "Leading Hotel of the World", is set like a jewel of history and romance. William Holden and his friends turned their lodge into the most exclusive private club in the world and amid the hunting trophies and elegant surroundings, one can feel the lost, glamorous world of Churchill, Hemingway, and Ruark and all of that bygone era's dashing adventurers. The Equator runs through the hotel and when the clouds open to reveal Mt. Kenya, it is one of the most glorious views in Africa. Dinner and Overnight Mt. Kenya Safari Club (F/B)      

Day 10

Lake Nakuru

Day 10            This morning, depart westward around the Aberdare Mountains to Lake Nakuru National Park for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. Lake Nakuru is one of a series of shallow alkaline lakes that formed on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, with Menengai Crater, an extinct volcano rising 514 meters (1,700 ft.) in the background. The lake is home to millions of Flamingos and Pelicans who turn the lake pink with their numbers. Nakuru is also becoming renowned for it's successful protection of Rhino's inside the park where they are easily viewed. Along the river's edge, lounging in the huge acacia trees, there are shy, solitary animals that are often seen- Leopards! Dinner and Overnight Lake Nakuru (F/B)         

Day 11

Masai Mara | Serengeti

Day 11            After breakfast, depart for the world famed Masai Mara Game Reserve, An extension of Tanzania's Serengeti National Park. Lunch at your lodge before embarking on an afternoon game drive to explore this magnificen Reserve with its' abundant species of mammals, birds and wonderful scenic views. Animals seen here include Cape Buffalo, Wildebeests, Zebras, Elephants, black-manned Lions, Cheetahs and many more. Dinner and Overnight at Masai Mara (F/B)            

Day 12

Masai Mara

Day 12            Enjoy the day here in the Mara, which offers the best game viewing in Kenya. Fever trees, sweeping vistas and vast herds of animals under a blue sky, is the image most people have of East Africa. The Mara River, often featured on the Discovery channel, with its Hippo pools, and huge Nile Crocodiles basking along the water's edge, cuts through the Masai Mara with a life giving ribbon of water and green riverine landscape. Dinner and Overnight at Masai Mara (F/B)           

Day 13

Nairobi

Day 13            Transported back to Nairobi where you may do last minute shopping, rest, or sightseeing around Nairobi can be arranged. The day is free to enjoy! Overnight at Nairobi (B/B)   

Day 14

Day 14            You are transported to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for the overnight trip home. If your flight is late in the day or at night, a day room in the hotel can be arranged and the day is yours to spend in Nairobi
