Day 1

Day 1  Depart Home Country or connect flight to Africa.  

Day 2

Nairobi

Day 2  Met on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transferred to Nairobi to rest and enjoy the surroundings. Overnight Nairobi (B/B)             

Day 3

Lake Nakuru

Day 3  This morning, depart westward through the Grate rift Valley escarpment to Lake Nakuru National Park for lunch at Lion hill lodge. Lake Nakuru is one of a series of shallow alkaline lakes that formed on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, with Menengai Crater, an extinct volcano rising 514 meters (1,700 ft.) in the background. The lake is home to millions of Flamingos and Pelicans who turn the lake pink with their numbers. Nakuru is also becoming renowned for it's successful protection of Rhino's inside the park where they are easily viewed. Along the river's edge, lounging in the huge acacia trees, there are shy, solitary animals that are often seen- Leopards! In the afternoon you will be able to enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive along the shores of Lake Nakuru. Dinner and Overnight Lake Nakuru (F/B)     

Day 4

Masai Mara | Serengeti

Day 4  After breakfast depart for the world famed Masai Mara an extension of Tanzania's Serengeti National Park. As Diane Sawyer of Good Morning America describes East Africa's Great Migration, one of the new 7 Wonders of the World as a "Spiritual Experience". This is nature's most spectacular annual event - Each summer from July to October more than 1.5 million wildebeests, along with 400,000 zebras, gazelles and a multitude of predators including lions, leave the 8,000 square mile Serengeti National Park and squeeze into the relatively tiny 695 square mile Masai Mara National Reserve in search of food and water after long rains end in June. The landscape is rolling savannah intersected by the dark green of acacia woodland along the banks of the Mara River, the Talek River and their tributaries. The word Mara means "mottled" in Maa the language of the Masai and is only one of the many Maa adjectives describing the cow. Arrive in time for lunch at Mara keekorok lodge and thereafter embark on an afternoon game drive to explore this magnificent reserve with its abundant species of mammals, birds and wonderful scenic views. In the evening drive back to the lodge before dark. Overnight at Masai Mara (F/B)     

Day 5

Masai Mara

Day 5  Spend the whole day in the Mara, game viewing with lunch boxes and exploring this reserve with its' beautiful vast landscapes and teeming wildlife. Animals you are likely to see include; Cape Buffalo, Rhino, Wildebeest, Zebra, Elephant, black-manned Lion, Cheetahs and many more. Overnight at Masai Mara (F/B)        

Day 6

Nairobi

Day 6  Transported back to Nairobi where you may do last minute shopping,rest, or sightseeing around Nairobi can be arranged. Evening you are transported to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight home. Enjoy your Safari!
