Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale Forest

Pick up from your hotel or apartment and drive to Fort Portal via the Mubende neighborhood. Upon arrival, check into your booked lodge, have lunch, and then take a twilight guided walk into Bigodi Swamp. You will see a variety of bird species and primates, including blue monkeys, black and white colobus, baboons, and wild chimps. Then return to the lodge for supper and overnight stay.
Kibale Forest Camp
Day 2 Chimpanzee Trekking Kibale

Have an early breakfast at 6.30 a.m., then head to the park offices to meet with other tourists for a briefing before beginning the trip into Kibale Forest to find the chimps. After the exhilarating adventure in the forest, return to meet your driver guide and transfer to your hotel for lunch, followed by a transfer to Queen Elizabeth National wildlife Park for an evening wildlife drive before checking into the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Game drive and boat cruise

Wake up to breakfast and head out for an early morning game drive to catch the nocturnal and lots of big wildlife in beautiful scenery. The game lasts about 3 hours, so relax and eat lunch. Later, proceed to the Kazinga Channel for a boat excursion. Enjoy an array of wildlife and birds lining the channel's banks, including hippos, buffaloes, elephants, antelopes, and monitor lizards, before returning and transferring to the Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Pumba Safari Cottages
Day 4 travel back to Kampala
After breakfast in the morning, check out and head back to Kampala. Lunch is en route in Mbarara. Another stop is made at the Equator for some photo opportunities. Continue to Kampala, where you will be dropped off at your accommodation or sent to Entebbe International Airport for a nighttime flight.
