Itinerary

Day 1

Kibale

Day 1 Travel to Kibale National Park Have an early breakfast, pick up from your hotel is at 7.00am by the driver guide. Travel westward through Mityana - Masindi - Kyenjojo and get to Fort Portal for a lunch stop. Thereafter continue for another 45 minutes and get to your accommodation, Kibale Primates Lodge, situated just outside Kibale Forest National Park, check in and then later, you head out for the nature walk in the Bigodi Swamp Land. There is a lot of wildlife to enjoy including primates, a number of monkey species, and lots of birds and butterflies. After the walk return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

Kibale | Queen Elizabeth

Day 2 Chimpanzee Trekking - transfer to Queen Elizabeth Game Park Game Park Have an early breakfast at 6.30am, thereafter transfer to the park offices to convene with other travelers for briefing and thereafter start the trek into Kibale Forest to find the chimpanzees. After the exciting experience in the forest, return to meet your driver guide and transfer to your accommodation for lunch and then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Game Park, have an evening game drive and thereafter, check into the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Day 3 Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise Wake up at 600 am and have an early an breakfast, and head out to the kasenyi sector for the early morning game drive to catch the nocturnal and lots of big game including large herds of Elephants and Buffaloes, Kobs, Topis, Waterbucks, Leopards, Hyenas and wonderful scenery. The game lasts approximately 3 hours, relax and have lunch. Later transfer to the Kazinga Channel for a boat ride. Enjoy an array of wildlife and birds lining the banks the channel, including Hippos, Buffaloes, Elephants, Antelopes, Monitor Lizards, after, return and transfer to the Lodge, for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Day 4 travel back to Kampala After breakfast in the morning, check out and drive back to Kampala (game drive on the way out of the park). Lunch is en-route in Mbarara. Another stop is made at the Equator point for some photo moments. Continue to Kampala and drop off at your hotel or transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your evening flight.
