2 days Lake Mburo National Park Safari, the smallest of Uganda's savanna parks. The park has a number of different animal species such as Zebras, Buffalos, Hippos, Elands and the newly relocated giraffes. Important to note, it is the only park with Impalas in Uganda. There is also a small population of big cats such as leopards and lions, but these are very elusive and hard to sight.

Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo

Lake Mburo

Early morning excursion to Lake Mburo National Park, with a stop at Masaka's for Uganda Equator experience. Arrive at Lake Mburo around 10:00 a.m. and embark on a game drive to spot zebras, impalas, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, topis, and elands. The afternoon boat tour among the Hippos is spectacular, with a variety of creatures including crested cranes, pelicans, fish eagles, herons, and other water birds. retair to lodge for dinner and overnight

Day 2 Nature walk and drive back

Wake up around 6:45 a.m, have your breakfast, and then go for a nature walk to see nocturnal animals before they return to their hiding places. Expect to see impalas, warthogs, zebras, bushbucks, giraffes, and buffaloes. You might even sight the elusive leopard or explore Rwonyo's salt licks before climbing to the Rubanga Hilltop to witness the stunning lake views. After the walk/hike, return to the resort to relax, check out, and eat lunch before continuing on to Kampala.
