Day 1

Nairobi

Day 1: Nairobi to Aberdare National Park Pick up after breakfast from your Nairobi hotel and depart heading north to Aberdare National Park – an atmospheric park that’s offers scenic beauty of the Aberdare Ranges, Mighty Falls that plunge 300m and its home the rare bongo species. Enjoy a leisurely drive arriving at the Base Hotel in time for lunch and a transfer will be arranged to the Tree Hotel where the afternoon is spent at leisure viewing wildlife directly from your Tree hotel that often visit the floodlit waterhole and saltlick--e.g. elephants, rhino, buffalo and giant forest hog. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge. Meal plan: Lunch, Dinner

Day 2

Samburu

Day 2: Aberdare National Park to Samburu Game Reserve After breakfast, leave from Aberdare National Park and drive north via Nanyuki and Mt. Kenya to rugged and remote Samburu Game Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Samburu Game Reserve Spend the whole day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives looking for animals rarely seen elsewhere the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebras, Beisa oryxes, giraffe necked gazelle (gerenuk), Blue-necked Somali Ostrich, Vulturine Guinea Fowl, Longneck Gerenuk, braving lions on the grass, Cheetah, Elusive Leopards along the riverine forest, Elephants among plenty of other plains game. (optional visits to Samburu villages). Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Lake Nakuru | Samburu

Day 4: Samburu Game Reserve to Lake Nakuru National Park After an early morning breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru via Thompson falls arriving in time for lunch, afternoon game drive at the Pink lake referred so for it's thousands of pink flamingos and other bird-life. It's a Bird watchers paradise. It has a surprisingly number of animals, all the "big five" except the elephant can be seen here. Dinner and overnight at lodge. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Lake Nakuru | Masai Mara

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara Game Reserve After an early breakfast, depart to Kenya’s finest wildlife haven Masai Mara Game Reserve arriving in good time for lunch and rest. Later proceed for afternoon game drive to see the many animals that inhabit this unique park offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge. Day 6

Masai Mara

Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve Early morning optional balloon ride with champagne – style breakfast. A full day is spent in the Masai Mara game reserve with morning and afternoon game drives in the Masai plains in search of the big cats- black manned lions, cheetahs and leopards. You also have a chance to see other plains game like the Topi, Buffalo, Hippopotamus, Common Zebra, Coke's Hartebeest, White-bearded Gnu, Oribi, Warthog and Thomson's and Grant's Gazelles. The bird life of Mara is as profuse as its mammalian fauna. Optional visit a Masai village to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. Day 7

Masai Mara | Nairobi

Day 7: Masai Mara Game Reserve to Nairobi We will enjoy an early morning game drives at 06.30hrs in search of wildlife and then return to our camp/lodge for breakfast and checkout around 10.00hrs. Later leave for Nairobi with stopovers for lunch and/or at curio shops for souvenirs or view features of interest spotted on the way. Arriving Nairobi is in the afternoon. We will drop you back at your Nairobi hotel/ JKIA Airport for your departure flight back home. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch
